Terms of Use

These conditions govern every visit, search, and use of content on Mohave County Criminal History. Using the site shows agreement with them. A person who does not agree must stop using the service.

NO FCRA USE. This private website has no government affiliation and is not a consumer reporting agency. Neither it nor its advertising partners offers a service for credit, employment, insurance, tenant, or any other Fair Credit Reporting Act regulated decision. Its purpose is to organize public record access information for Mohave County and Arizona.

1. What This Website Is

Mohave County Criminal History is an independent reference, not a public office, investigation firm, or records repository. It cannot retrieve an official history, certify a document, perform an official check, or file a request.

Its content points to custodians such as the Mohave County sheriff and courts, Arizona Department of Public Safety Central State Repository, and Arizona Sex Offender Information. Some pages also contain outside search tools.

2. Rules for Using This Site

A user may not:

  • Violate federal, Arizona, or local law
  • Threaten, stalk, harass, or harm another person
  • Use content for an FCRA-regulated decision
  • Attempt unauthorized access to any system
  • Run bots, scrapers, or automated requests against the pages
  • Interfere with performance or another visitor's access

3. No Harassment, Stalking, or Discrimination

Information reached through this site may not be used to intimidate, stalk, threaten, harass, or unlawfully discriminate. Registry data is published for public awareness. It is not permission for vigilantism or harm, and misuse may violate Arizona law.

4. We Are Not a Consumer Reporting Agency

This operator does not create a credit report, background report, or consumer report and is not a consumer reporting agency under the FCRA. A user agrees not to rely on this site or a linked tool to:

  • Make an employment decision
  • Evaluate a housing applicant
  • Set credit or insurance terms
  • Decide eligibility for a license, permit, or public benefit
  • Take any other action regulated by the FCRA

A legally required official process must be completed through the proper Arizona agency or a compliant provider chosen for that purpose.

5. No Legal Advice

General explanations about Mohave County records are not legal advice. Questions about a charge, warrant, conviction, set aside, sealing petition, or individual rights require advice from a licensed Arizona attorney.

6. No Warranties

The service is supplied "as is" and without a promise that:

  • Any detail is complete, current, or error free
  • Access will be uninterrupted
  • The site has no bug or security risk
  • A partner result is accurate or complete

Records and agency practices change. A court, sheriff, or state custodian remains the authority for current information.

7. Third-Party Services and Links

Links may lead to government pages, legal resources, or outside search services that the operator does not control. Each destination sets its content, price, availability, privacy practices, and terms. The operator is not responsible for them.

8. Intellectual Property

Unless another owner is identified, the site's original text, branding, graphics, and code belong to Mohave County Criminal History or its content partners. Copying, distribution, modification, or derivative use requires prior written permission.

9. Limits on Our Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, the operator is not liable for loss or damage arising from use of the site, inability to use it, or reliance on content or a linked service.

10. Indemnification

A user agrees to defend and hold the operator harmless from claims, demands, costs, and legal fees arising from that user's conduct, misuse, or breach of these terms.

11. Governing Law

Arizona law governs these terms. Any dispute related to use of Mohave County Criminal History must be brought in a court with jurisdiction in Arizona.

12. Changes to These Terms

The operator may revise these conditions. A revision takes effect when it is posted on this page.

13. Cutting Off Access

Access may be restricted or ended at any time, with or without notice, including when a user violates these conditions or threatens site operations.

14. Severability

If one condition is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining conditions continue in effect. The affected language is adjusted only as far as needed to make it enforceable.

15. Questions

Questions about these terms can be directed through the Contact page.
